Justin LeBlanc joined DCG in 2024 after working in other settings as an advocate for PNW interests with an emphasis on fisheries, marine affairs, maritime, and transportation arenas.  Justin previously served as Vice President of Government Relations for the National Fisheries Institute and worked for Senator Patty Murray during her first term.  Justin holds an M.A. from Harvard University.
