Rose Feliciano joined DCG after overseeing lobbying operations on behalf of the Internet Association in ten state legislatures. Before that, she was an in-house lobbyist for Seattle City Light and the City of Seattle. Rose is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University. Rose leads DCG’s state advocacy efforts.
